Why We Love It
From a purist perspective, no date Submariner's are the ones to own. But for those that seek a little more rarified air - we have just the thing.
Featuring a rare and stunning glossy gilt dial, this 5513 is truly a sight to see in the metal. The way in which the gold text shines catches the light can't really be conveyed until viewed in person. Fitted on a stretch rivet Oyster bracelet, this 5513 is a relatively early example dating to 1965, just several years after the 5513s inception in 1962.
Maybe you've had a few sport watches are looking to get a classic. Or you've even had a few vintage Subs before and are ready for the next level.
In either case - every collector should experience the splendor of a gloss gilt dial in their life.
