All of our watches are carefully crafted and thoroughly inspected by our experienced watchmakers, who are accredited by the manufacturer. Our experts use high-magnification tools to meticulously examine each watch, and are trained to detect any signs of counterfeit products. Additionally, we also cross-check our watches with the official brand records to ensure their authenticity.
Will the products come with a box?
All orders are shipped in our elegant black and gold display boxes, which include a soft suede pouch for storing jewelry. For added protection during transportation, the display box is also packed inside an external shipping box. Our packaging design is carefully thought out to provide a convenient storage solution for your jewelry or to make it the perfect gift for someone special.
Can I select multiple jewelry models and choose which one to buy?
Certainly! You may order as many items as you wish, but please note that any unused items must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order, and they must be in their original and unworn condition. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide high-quality products to all of our customers.
What should I do if my watch malfunctions?
We offer a 24-month warranty on all watches we sell, in addition to any remaining manufacturer's warranty. If your watch malfunctions and is covered by the warranty, you can initiate a warranty request and send the watch back to us for diagnosis. If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will fix it free of charge. The warranty diagnosis process takes approximately 5 working days, and the repair time will be determined after the diagnosis. If your watch is only covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we will send it to the manufacturer and provide you with their report within 14 working days.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at sales@liverpoolwatches.co.uk . We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we can only change the delivery address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is in transit with our carriers, we cannot change the delivery address.
SHIPPING INSIDE/OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU)?
Liverpoolwatches provides insurance for its products when shipped within Germany and the European Union (EU) using trusted delivery partners such as Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and Yodel. As a customer, you will not be charged for shipping services within Germany. However, for shipments to other EU countries, a delivery fee of €49.90 will apply.
Is it possible to get a refund, and if so, how long does it take?
You can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the items are in perfect condition.
Do I need to provide a signature for my shipment?
Yes, all products require an adult (21+) signature at the receiving address. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, and parcels cannot be redirected to a different address after your order has been shipped.
Are your shipments insured?
Yes, all shipments from Diamonds Direct are fully insured during transportation. An adult (21+) signature is also required upon delivery.
Is the product insured during return shipment?
If you have received a return label from us, all products are automatically insured for the cost of the goods.
