WHY WE LOVE IT

Panerai means different things to different collectors, but wherever you stand on the spectrum there's no denying that these things have presence!

Although not exactly small, Panerai do have a way of wearing smaller than advertised, with their excellent "cushion" case design that has become synonymous with the brand. Especially when finished in titanium...

Coming in at 47mm in diameter, this particular Luminor features a titanium construction housing a hand-cranking movement, a sapphire display caseback, and its party-piece - an "Equation of Time" complication, as displayed on the lovely sunburst blue dial. Parerai describes The Equation of Time as: "the difference between the mean time and the true time indicated by the solar meridian and it is the result of the combination of the Earth’s inclination and its elliptical orbit."

Very cool.

Additionally, this piece features a guarded locking crown and an excellent navy blue alligator leather strap with a matching signed titanium pin buckle.

This is a great opportunity to take Panerai's latest and greatest out for a spin!

OVERALL CONDITION

The case is in fantastic condition overall showing normal signs of wear consistent with age and use. Luminous sunburst blue 'sandwich' dial is in as-new condition with matching handset. Guarded locking crown. Sapphire exhibition caseback.
