WHY WE LOVE IT

One name: Gerald Genta.

The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak is perhaps Genta’s most memorable work, and in many ways changed the shape of the watch industry.

The Royal Oak essentially created an entirely new category of 'luxury sport' timepieces, and with it came a new design language which inspired countless other manufactures. What's particularly delightful about the design of the Royal Oak is that it works brilliantly in a number of sizes and casing materials, from steel to carbon fiber or solid gold.

This Royal Oak Reference 67620ST is a smaller model, but packs a ton of punch: Housed in a 33mm stainless steel case, it features a sapphire crystal, a black micro-tappisserie dial with lovely applied indices and a matching handset, and a matching signed black rubber strap with a signed steel deployant clasp.

In excellent condition, this is a funky, highly wearable example of one of the world’s most desirable watches.

Don’t sleep on it!

OVERALL CONDITION

The case is in fantastic condition overall showing light signs of wear from gentle use. Black micro-tapisserie dial with applied indices is in as-new condition with matching handset. Unsigned crown.
