A SEAMLESS MERGING OF DESIGN AND MECHANICS
Since the very beginning, Girard Perregaux has audaciously turned the world of watchmaking upside down to reveal the art in precision engineering. With three gold bridges, the brand’s unique Tourbillion transformed bridges from a purely technical element into an integral part of the design.
A contemporary take on the 150-year old aesthetic, the updated Bridges collection pushes the boundaries of timekeeping, continuing the brand’s bold tradition of making the invisible visible.
While the original architecture and codes have been well-preserved, the new collection embraces changes to the design of the bridges, the shape of the crystal, and the heart of the calibre.
CLASSICALLY INSPIRED ACCENTS
Attired in pink gold and featuring classically inspired accents, this noble timepiece is presented in an extra-wide 45mm case with a sapphire crystal case back, which provides a glimpse at the mechanical secrets within.
The transparent, open worked dial reveals the movement within and features two arrow-shaped gold bridges, representing a symbolic link between two eras.
Complimenting the statement design, power and precision are provided by the new in-house manufactured movement. This engine’s complex architecture displays more than 200 components and remains faithful to the DNA of the original manufacture.
Secured with a classic black alligator leather strap complete with a pink gold triple folding buckle, this outstanding timepiece is further enhanced by a 48-hour power reserve and water resistance to 3 bar (30 metres).
