This particular piece, a Reference 1803 dates to circa 1970 and is finished in solid 18k rose gold and features an excellent matte, yes, matte black Tritium dial with applied baton indices and matching handset, a magnified acrylic crystal, a fluted rose gold bezel, and a matching 18k rose gold President bracelet with an early signed blade clasp. Outstanding! Spared the fate of so many 1803s, this particular Day-Date remains in excellent condition throughout, with thick sharp lugs and deep hallmarks. Rare is a superlative greatly overused in this industry... but with a configuration like this, the term most applies OVERALL CONDITION The case is in excellent condition throughout showing signs of light previous polishing and normal wear consistent with age and use.
